Being the President of the United States, Ozma can make treaties with the approval of the Senate. He have to represent the nation in talks with foreign countries and enforce the laws that Congress passes. The president has, in this capacity, plenary power to launch, direct and supervise military operations, order or authorize the deployment of troops, unilaterally launch nuclear weapons, and form military policy with the Department of Defense and Homeland Security. Nevertheless, his power and capabilities are no match for the might of Yuujirou Hanma, to whom Ozma must submit, like every US president.
