Kaiou Jo is a strong fighter who earned the Kaiou title. He is really tall and big, which makes him physically strong. Jo has a high pain tolerance. Mohammad Alai Jr punched him in the crotch and he could still get up and fight for a short time. But despite of that, he was unable to land a single strike to Mohammad Alai Jr.
