Kaiou Son is a skilled fighter who earned the Kaiou title. His fingers are strong enough to break 10 iron rings just by flexing them. But Kaiou Retsu stated that Son's skill is still weaker than the grip power of Kaoru Hanayama. In the end, Son was defeated by Retsu in the arm wrestling match.
