Spinning Lotus (転蓮華, Tenrenge) is a special technique used for the first time by Kaiou Retsu.
Description[]
The user latches onto the opponent's shoulders, holding the head between their legs and proceeds to rotate with the head locked to the legs to snap the neck.
For the first time in the series, Kaiou Retsu used the technique against Sergei Taktarov during the first round of the Maximum Tournament. Much later, Baki Hanma tried to use the technique against Retsu and Jack Hanma in their fights. Retsu was able to snap his neck back in place, while Jack's brute strength prevented his neck from spinning at all. In the third manga series, Baki tried to use the technique against Yuujirou Hanma but failed.
