Toe Kick (足先蹴り, Sokusengeri) is a fighting technique.
Description[]
The technique is very similar to a karate basic front kick, but the difference is that the second foot finger have be placed on top of the big toe, adding more penetration power to the blow. According to Izou Motobe, people who have highly trained the toes can make any part of the body a vital point with this move. He also claimed that this technique is especially useful against the enemy who is distracted.
This technique was used by Doppo Orochi in his battle against Yuu Amanai in the first series of the manga. Koushou Shinogi has also used this technique as his first attack in his fight against Hector Doyle, using this move to strike the death row inmate's throat. Kiyosumi Katou attempted to use this technique during his sparring fight against Doppo, but the older Karate Master managed to hit Katou with the Two-Hand Thrust, before he even got the chance to fully executed this technique. Doppo used the technique later during his fight against Taketsurugi.
